Meet Kira

Original Intake Date: March 2026

Kira is a younger Akita who is looking for her new family. Kira was found wandering alone in the Topsfield area and has made her way into our hearts. At first Kira can seem standoffish. Don't let that fool you. Once she's had a moment to sniff you over she's ready to say hello and show you what a relaxed girl she really is.

Kira has had some basic manners training and would love to show you her Sit, Wait, Stay, Down, and belly. Belly comes with a price!! Belly Rubs!!!

Akitas are not for every family and we are asking that potential adopters do look deeper into the breed before considering Kira. Experience with akitas preferred.
